The revised program reflects changes in the requirements of industry in terms of the knowledge held by fresh MBA graduates and has been developed in consultation with international peers, alumni, students and staff.

The MBA (Executive) program remains a high quality national program, with the revised program offering more courses in intensive mode, a greater emphasis on Leadership and International Business and three distinct residential cohort experiences that will enable students to establish networks from day one of their studies.

Current students will have the option to transition into the new program, or stay in the existing program, depending on how far they have progressed with their studies.

Academic Director of MBA Programs, Professor Mark Stewart said: “The AGSM EMBA is the dominant part time MBA in Australia amongst the Group of Eight Universities and we look forward to these revisions making a great program even greater.

“Revisions focus on the delivery of a learning experience that more closely aligns with the preferences and expectations of industry in a post-GFC world, and are consistent with those undertaken by many leading business schools in North America and Europe.”
