Course Overview

The University of Sydney Global Executive MBA (EMBA) program comprises a mix of self-directed online primers, a major strategic project and five x two-week face-to-face residential blocks held approximately every four months over an 18-month period, from February to July, currently undertaken in Australia, India, Asia and the United States.

All units from this degree have been built with leadership at its core. Across the duration of the program, students will work on a change initiative to address a significant strategic issue that’s currently confronting your organisation through the EMBA Report – the end result will be a culmination of discoveries and learnings throughout the entire degree.

With a focus on experiential learning, disruption and adaptability, students will work with business leaders and global organisations to address dynamic and multifaceted problems, and discover how to drive positive change in a world of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity.
